While it's possible to bake the bread in a bread maker, we recommend baking in the oven for the best results and an amazing crust ♡
INSTRUCTIONS FOR OVEN:
What you will need:
-2 1/4 teaspoons (7g) instant dry yeast
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-1 1/4 cups (300ml) lukewarm water
-1 tablespoon maple syrup (for better baking results, activates yeast, no longer present in the final product) For more info on this & instructions for this recipe, simply scan the QR code
-Loaf pan ≈ 9x5 in (25x11cm)

1.Mix the dough. In a large bowl mix together baking mix and yeast. Add olive oil, maple sirup and water and knead with an electric hand mixer (with dough hooks) 3 minutes.
2.Form the dough & let the dough rise. Form the dough to a long loaf, put it in a loaf pan either greased or lined with parchment paper and cover the bowl with a tea towel and let rest for 90 mins in a warm place. Alternatively, the bread can also be shaped into a round shape and baked without a mold on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover the bread with a tea towel and let it rest in a warm place for 90 minutes.
3.Preheat oven & bake the bread. Shortly before the end of the rising time, preheat the oven to 370°F (190 °C) top and bottom heat and bake the bread on the middle rack for approx. 45 minutes until golden brown. If the bread gets too dark, simply cover it with aluminium foil for the last 10 minutes. After baking, let cool thoroughly on a rack.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BREAD MAKER :
Put 1 ½ cups (350ml) of lukewarm water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, the baking mix and 2 ¼ teaspoons (7g) of instant dry yeast in the baking container.
