Instructions - Vegan Banana Bread
What you will need:
-3-4 overripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups or 360g)
-1/3 cup (80ml) neutral flavored oil (e.g. canola)
-1/4 cup (60ml) almond milk
-Optional: 1 add. banana sliced in half lengthwise for deco
-Loaf pan ≈ 9x5 in (25x11cm)

1.Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
2.Mix the dough. Combine mashed bananas, oil and almond milk in a bowl. Add the baking mix and gently mix with a whisk. Be careful not to overmix (just enough until the flour is combined).
3.Bake. Fill in a loaf pan either greased or lined with parchment paper and decorate the top with a banana sliced in half lengthwise. Bake the banana bread on the middle rack for approximately 50-60 mins. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 mins before slicing.
Variation: For muffins simply bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for 20-25 mins (10-12 muffins).
