Instructions - Vegan Apple Bread

What you will need:

-3 apples unpeeled & grated (2 1/2 cups or 375g)

-3/4 cup (4.4oz/125g) raisins, washed

-Loaf pan ≈ 9x5 in (25x11cm)

1.Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

2.Mix the dough. Combine shredded apples, raisins and baking mix in a large mixing bowl. 

3.Bake. Fill in a loaf pan either greased or lined with parchment paper and bake the apple bread on the middle rack for approximately 60-70 mins. Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 mins before slicing.

Tipp. Add 1/2 cup (2.1 oz/60g) whole unpeeled almonds (or nuts, e.g. walnuts)
