INSTRUCTIONS FOR OVEN:

What you will need:

-1/4 teaspoon (1g) instant dry yeast 

-2 tablespoons olive oil

-1cup + 2 tablespoons  (260ml) cold water

1.Mix the dough. In a large bowl mix together baking mix and yeast. Add olive oil and water and stir with your hands until blended. The dough will be sticky, which is ok.

2.Let the dough rise. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rest for 12 to 24 hrs at room temperature.

3.Shape the dough. Flour a work surface and place dough on it. Fold the outer sides into the center, one side at a time, until the dough becomes firmer. Halve the dough ball and divide each half into four square portions using a dough card and place on baking paper.  Cover with a cloth and let rise covered for another 30 minutes while the oven preheats.

4.Heat the oven. Preheat the oven to 480˚F (250˚C) for 30 mins.

5.Bake the bread rolls. Slide the bread rolls together with the baking paper onto a baking tray, put them in the oven (middle rack), reduce the oven temperature to 450˚F(230°C) and bake the rolls for 20 minutes. For a particularly crispy crust, simply place an ovenproof bowl of water on the bottom of the oven while it is preheating. Please refer to the oven manufacturer's operating instructions to see whether the oven is suitable for this.
